For Mr Chris Lovatt of then the IPCC aka @IOPC_help who is the same Mr Lovatt who had totally ignored my complaints against the metropolitan police, against Jennifer Gillian and commissioner Cindy Butts of the IPCC/IOPC who only ever went on the words and commands of the leading investigators who we were told were removed as far back as March 2015 by @VpoDr whose command this was all under who like everyone else has moved on or been shuffled around as to try to distance themselves from what they have simply allowed to continue for over 5 yrs solid.
The same Mr Lovatt who somehow became the IIU (Internal Investigation Unit) who was not the same person who I had been dealing with who was a Ms Hyland, but Mr Chris Lovatt ended up with my sons case back on his lap who is not the right person to have written a 300+ points terms of reference that starts with a bare faced out right lie, and ends in the most insulting conclusion that you would have to read too believe.
After rejecting my complaints from as early as 5/2/15, but only ever going on my twin sisters complaint made 10/3/15. The IPCC/IOPC have never ever addressed my complaints, ever.

Everything about this investigation has been wrong from the second I called the police to please help me look for my son where I was totally ignored for 56 hrs before ever seeing a single member of the police force attend a distressed repeat caller waiting at location for assistance to never ever seeing a single uniform addressed one of our calls over that whole weekend in question.

Inquest denied us the right legal aid that being Article 2 that would have given us representation at the inquest as well as a judge and jury that no matter what anyone tells me, would just accept what Andrew Walker the senior coroner had just simply brushed under the carpet like this document that just on the DOB being 1st January 1983 when my sons DOB is 2nd March 1984 on it's own is more than enough, to be not have some kind of answers as to why, who, would have made such a mistake that has never been corrected, ever!
No judge and jury would just simply accept that the met showed us CCTV footage that they wanted us to accept was my son leaving the fox pub when it clearly was not my child without the met explaining why they would show me CCTV footage claiming that is my child leaving the Fox pub when it clearly wasn't.
No judge and jury are going to allow the only so called credible witness who made 4 separate statements giving 4 totally different accounts the first placing himself and one of the main attackers in my sons car after the Fox pub had closed.
But he was allowed to return the next day, claiming he had made a mistake that it was someones else whose car they had gotten a left from after the Fox pub had closed.
But I am to accept what a senior coroner told this witness who was on a ASBO at time...
