IPCC aka IOPC have based their terms of reference on the complaint my twin sister Alexandria Harrison had made on 10/3/2015.
All that I had sent to the then IPCC was totally ignored.
My complaints went in to how I was treated for those 1st 3 days that Colindale police station, in Graham park, Ms Rebecca Bird had totally ignored me that whole week end as did the MPS on the phones that being a number of police, that never ever attended Tottenham Marshes to help me look for my son.
This police officer, Bird, who also stood in the box, looked me right in my face, lied under oath, and said she had never talked with me over the week end in question, as well as saying that she was not even on duty that week end.
Then who was taking care of me and all the calls that were made, that we have never been given the calls that all have mentioned in the terms of reference that has nothing but added bits in that report that our calls will prove is just not the truth as well as looking back at who was on duty in the "dedicated missing persons unit" based at Colindale police station on the weekend of 23/25 January 2015 and then come back with the person I was talking with, as I am sure I am not WITH POWERS that just guessed the name Rebecca Bird, as the records will then prove just by a single check that I have been treated in the worse way possible helped by those who have the power to do the right thing but have just sat back hoping that I will vanish and all this wld have dyed down.
